Drawing inspiration from the landscapes and the architecture of Southern Italy, Miseno transforms history, nature, and local color into jewelry that feels both modern and enduring.
Could you share the story behind your new collection and what inspired its creation?
Our new collection, Arco, is inspired by the Arco Felice—an ancient passageway in Miseno that has become a symbolic gateway between our past and our future, and ultimately the inspiration for our logo as well. In celebration of our 10-year anniversary, we wanted to create a collection that honors the origins of the brand while embracing the evolution of our creations. The pieces blend architectural lines with soft, fluid forms, paying homage to the arches and natural light that define Southern Italy. It is a collection born from memory, movement, and the timeless beauty of the Mediterranean.
Are there recurring motifs, natural elements, or historical references that define your work?
Absolutely. The sea has always been at the heart of Miseno, and its colors and textures naturally influence our silhouettes and gemstone palettes. At the same time, our work is deeply shaped by the region’s architecture, history, and artistic traditions. We often draw inspiration from ancient Roman details, symbolic shapes, and the organic forms found throughout Campania. Over time, motifs like hearts, arches, hexagons, subtle curves, and fluid lines have become part of our visual signature. These elements aren’t just decorative—they serve as storytellers, carrying themes of love, protection, vitality, and heritage.
In what ways do you weave Italian culture and heritage into your jewelry?
Our jewelry is deeply rooted in the cultural richness of Napoli and the surrounding region of Campania. The area’s vibrant energy—its passion, artistry, and sense of history—inspires everything we create. Miseno, located just outside Naples, is surrounded by ancient ruins, timeless architecture, and long-standing traditions, all of which influence our design language through bold forms, expressive details, and warm, inviting tones. Each piece is crafted in Italy by artisans who carry forward generations of expertise. Their craftsmanship, combined with our contemporary vision, allows us to translate the creativity and cultural depth of Napoli into jewelry that feels both authentic and modern.

Reflecting on the past decade, how has Miseno evolved, and which moments have most shaped the brand’s identity?
The past ten years have been a journey of creative exploration and steady growth. Early on, our focus was on refining our aesthetic—establishing our identity through motifs, materials, and signatures that felt authentically Miseno. As we expanded our collections, including Baia Sommersa and Ischia, we embraced bolder colors, more intricate craftsmanship, and a wider global audience. Key shaping moments include the expansion of our office and factory in Italy, our growing presence in international markets, and our 10-year anniversary gala in Naples, where we debuted the Arco collection. Each milestone has reinforced our core mission: to create jewelry that blends Italian heritage with contemporary sophistication.
Color and materials are central elements of your pieces. How do you choose combinations that feel both striking and harmonious?
We always begin with emotion. Colors must evoke a feeling—joy, serenity, energy. From there, we look to nature and the Mediterranean landscape for guidance: the blues of the sea, the golden warmth of the sun, the lively tones of local flora, or the muted elegance of ancient stone. When selecting gemstones, we seek balance between vibrancy and refinement. Harmony comes from contrast—pairing bold hues with soft neutrals, or unexpected combinations that still maintain a sense of natural cohesion. Ultimately, it’s about creating pieces that stand out without overpowering; jewelry that feels alive but wearable.
What inspired your decision to expand into Dubai, and how do you see The Unique Gallery supporting this new chapter for the brand?
Dubai represents a dynamic intersection of luxury, culture, and global influence—an ideal environment for a brand like Miseno. The city celebrates design, innovation, and storytelling, values that mirror our own. Partnering with The Unique Gallery felt natural; their commitment to curating exceptional international brands aligns well with our vision. Through this collaboration, we aim to deepen our reach in the Middle East and build a meaningful presence in a region that deeply appreciates artistry and fine jewelry.

As we move ahead, 2026 will focus on thoughtful expansion and creative evolution. We plan to continue growing our presence in key global markets, further develop our atelier capabilities in Italy, and introduce new collections that push our design narrative forward while staying true to our identity. We are also committed to elevating our brand experience—through immersive storytelling, collaborations rooted in Italian heritage, and deeper engagement with clients around the world.
